Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. In a cozy "nook block" across the street from Powderhorn Park (right across from the tennis court), and right near bus lines and bike lanes. Easily reachable to and from various hospitals, downtown activities, MOA/airport, as well as the U of M!

You will find a cozy, apartment in a historic Minneapolis duplex. We share a fully stocked kitchen, laundry facilities and each bedroom with it's own work space. A deck off of the apartment, you can enjoy some outdoor time. This is great for those coming to town for work, for school, transitioning to a new place, or just for a visit to our vibrant city!

In the heart of South Minneapolis, we're across the street from the tennis court of Powderhorn Park. It's a lovely expansive view! In the heart of South Minneapolis, nearby are major hospitals, authentic restaurants, world class museums, and university campuses!

Although a car is nice....bike paths and public transportation in the area is plentiful!
