The common area boasts of tons of light with walls of windows, an open concept, corner lot, looking over Phelps Park. Kick back to watch a movie in the common area, make dinner in the open kitchen, or drink come coffee while reading in the cozy nook overlooking the park!

You have access to your private room, and all common areas in this 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment. There is one other room in the unit, which you may share a bathroom with. Laundry is common area in the basement to all units.

We love to meet people! We live between here an our place 2 blocks away. We’re always in and out, and love to meet and visit people if able! We also respect time and busy schedules for those who would prefer more quiet, or those times it just won’t work out. We’re always available via messaging!

Bryant Neighborhood in South Minneapolis. Within a few miles from Abbott Northwestern, HCMC, The University of Minnesota. On the busline, easy access to downtown to the North, and MOA/Airport to the South.
