Cozy home in the heart of Powderhorn!Shared room with our little office! You’ll always have a private room to sleep, but we work at the desk area often during the day. Our house may have 2 other guests with a large common area on the main level, and a meditation/art area upstairs. 2 blks from Midtown Global Market and Powderhorn Park to enjoy a lively MPLS experience. Directly on the bus line downtown or South to the MOA/airport. Easy bus/bike ride to the U of M, Abbott and HCMC for students!

This is a sweet, cozy room for one. You’ll always have a private room for sleep, but will enjoy sharing during the day with us for office space! We typically are in and out between the hours of 9am and 5pm. Each of us will have a key to this room and will lock for all of our privacy. Our guests have access to our open common area downstairs including living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Coffee and tea provided! We also have a washer and dryer for your convenience. Upstairs you can share our art/meditation space and we also have art supplies for you to share in creative experience if you’d like! Each of our guests rooms will have a set of keys for your privacy.

Guests have access to their room and all common areas of the house including living room, dining area and kitchen as well as mediation/art space upstairs. Shared balcony upstairs, and outside front and pack yard when weather permits!

We love meeting new people and socializing as well as helping with ideas for guests to our city! We can be as involved and social, or not if you would prefer! Large common areas make it easy to be social, but bedrooms are big enough, that if you would prefer not to be out and about, you can have a more quiet haven.

Our house is in the heart of Powderhorn neighborhood! We are so close to downtown and many local attractions. We are 2 blocks from the vibrant Midtown Global Market where you can choose from a variety of fun places to eat, shop and even hear live music. Powderhorn Park is also only a couple blocks away where we have different events throughout the year including May Day Parade and movies in the park in the Summer. Also a wonderful place to go for a walk where a little nature meets the city. We are directly in the bus line going downtown where you can go to various sporting events, concerts, shows, and museums. Head South on the direct bus line and you reach the Mall of America. The Minneapolis Institute of Arts is about a 30 minute walk! Abbott Northwestern is just a few blocks South and HCMC is less than 2 miles South, so great place to stay for incoming residents! This neighborhood is perfect for easy walking, biking and easy public transport!

Our neighborhood is central to so much, we end up walking many places. Biking is also easy, as well as public transport to many attractions. Street parking is easy and free outside of the house, so if car is your main method of transport, we accommodate that well too!

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
