  This comfortable queen bedroom overlooks the quiet grassy expanse of the neighboring yard.

  We're a bin fan of handmade artwork - maybe you'll find some new local artwork on your visit to Lake City!

  The bathroom offers a full shower/tub combo and a fascinating square toilet!

  The warm, sunny kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, fridge and stove for your cooking convenience.

  We provide basic spices, coffee, sugar and oil for your use.

  Snowdrop Apartment is the lower floor of the Blue Iris House. There's plenty of yard space in front and back!

  The door to Snowdrop is on the right, and the door to Marigold is on the left.

  The backyard is large enough to toss a ball around, and has a small bonfire area for your enjoyment.
• 
  Enjoy a picnic on the grass right outside your door if you'd like!

  Look for the sign to help guide you to the right house!

  Enjoy the beaches of Lake City, just a half mile away.

  The Lake City Marina is a 15 minute walk away.

Snowdrop Apartment at Blue Iris House is just a half mile from Lake Pepin and all the charming attractions of downtown Lake City. The 3 bedrooms are tastefully decorated and relaxing after a long day celebrating a wedding, playing golf, exploring nearby wineries or enjoying a fun-filled day at the Lake City Marina and beach. 

In addition to the calming bedrooms and living room, there's a full kitchen if you'd like to cook on site, including a full compliment of pots, pans, bakeware, dishes, silverware, etc. We do provide dish soap, spices, oil and a small selection of tea. Bring your own coffee supplies, food, beverages, firewood, sunblock and mosquito repellant. We also provide towels for use in the home, soap, shampoo and conditioner and a full basket of beach towels and bags for you to use during your stay.

Snowdrop has plenty of off-street parking for vehicles and boats, though the parking lot is shared with Marigold Apartment upstairs. If you have a large group and would like to book parallel accommodations, you can reserve each apartment separately or together as the Blue Iris House. We are also opening additional rentals in Lake City in early fall 2022 (and we have more open now across the river in Pepin, WI), so please ask if we can help accommodate a larger group.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
