Corner lot across the street from Phelps Park, and right on bus lines and bike lanes. Easily reachable to and from various hospitals, downtown activities, MOA/airport, as well as the U of M!

Guest will have access to their private apartment, as well as common laundry room, and common back and front yards shared with the two other units in the building.

We are around, in and out often. We love getting to know people, but also honor desire for quiet and privacy!

Bryant Neighborhood in South Minneapolis, overlooking Phelps Park. Within a few miles from Abbott Northwestern, HCMC, The University of Minnesota. On the busline, easy access to downtown to the North, and MOA/Airport to the South. Across the street from Phelps Park, and within a few miles of Lake Nokomis, Lake Harriet, Bde Maka Ska, and Minnehaha Creek.
