The bedroom includes a private door to the shared bathroom, which is also accessible from the hallway. The apartment offers a well-stocked kitchen, laundry facilities, and a comfortable living room with smart TV for relaxing after a day exploring Saint Paul.
Juniper Room is part of Woodland Hollow, a small cluster of homes on this quiet private cul-de-sac that we host and manage ourselves to provide a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for guests. This peaceful setting sits just steps from the walking and biking paths around Como Lake and minutes from Como Park Zoo & Conservatory, Minnesota State Fairgrounds, and beautiful Como Regional Park. You'll also have easy access to Allianz Field, the University of Minnesota, Regions Hospital, and both Downtown Saint Paul and Downtown Minneapolis.
The location is especially convenient for travel nurses, visiting medical professionals, graduate students, and others coming to the Twin Cities for work or study.
Outside on the front porch you can watch trains pass by and neighbors walking their dogs behind a tiny city park, or enjoy the large back deck with dining area overlooking the spacious backyard with fire pit. Free street parking is available directly in front of the home, with additional parking available in the alley behind the property. Public transportation is plentiful and just steps away.
Each bedroom allows a maximum of two guests (for example, two adults or an adult and a child). Each room may bring one pet, and pets from either room may be present in the common areas.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 1 day prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 1 day prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
