The upstairs also includes a private deck overlooking the large backyard and fire pit. Also included is the larger first-floor two-bedroom apartment, which features a full kitchen, king bedroom, queen bedroom, comfortable living area, and a full bathroom, all recently remodeled. The apartments do not connect on the inside, and guests move between floors using the exterior entrances. This layout works well for groups who want privacy between spaces while still staying in the same home.

Hawthorn House is part of Woodland Hollow, a small cluster of homes on this quiet private cul-de-sac that we host and manage ourselves to provide a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for guests.

Located directly across from the walking and biking paths around Como Lake, Hawthorn is minutes from Como Park Zoo & Conservatory, the Minnesota State Fairgrounds, and beautiful Como Regional Park. You'll also have convenient access to Allianz Field, the University of Minnesota, Regions Hospital, and both Downtown Saint Paul and Downtown Minneapolis.

Outside on the front porch you can watch trains pass by and neighbors walking their dogs behind a tiny city park, or enjoy the large back deck with dining area overlooking the spacious backyard with fire pit. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 1 day prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 1 day prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
